The villa

Set behind automatic iron gates, La Talayeta enjoys a peaceful hillside setting beside a nature reserve, 2 km from Artà in northeastern Mallorca. Palms, almond, olive and fig trees surround its Mediterranean gardens. Enjoy sweeping views, a large pool filled with clear well water, a terrace and a barbecue area. Covered parking is available. Inside, the spacious living and dining area features a fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for shared meals. Three double bedrooms each have a private bathroom; one opens directly onto the terrace. Underfloor heating in the living room, a sauna and a fully equipped laundry room add comfort. Secluded swimming coves are around 20 minutes away by car, and Cala Ratjada's beach and harbour promenade are under 20 minutes away. Air conditioning operates only from 7 pm to midnight. This privately managed property may not be covered by EU consumer law.
