The villa
Fattoria Petraglia is a detached 15th-century farmhouse comprising five apartments, surrounded by trees, meadows and vineyards, 2.2 km from Monteriggioni and 12 km from Siena. Its peaceful, sunny 50-hectare estate has natural gardens, a 10 x 15 m private pool open 1 May–10 October, an outdoor shower, pergola, terrace and barbecue. Parking is on site, reached by a 100 m unpaved track. The 310 m² house spans two levels with rustic furnishings and natural stone floors. Downstairs are living/dining areas, two double bedrooms, a triple room, a sofa bed, kitchen facilities and two shower rooms. Upstairs, accessed externally, are further living/dining areas, a double sofa bed, a fireplace, TVs, four double bedrooms, two twin rooms, a small walk-through single room, a kitchen and three shower rooms. Kitchens include gas hobs, microwaves and coffee makers. Enjoy countryside and woodland views, outdoor furniture and loungers. Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, high chair and cot are available. Pets are welcome; youth groups are accepted on request only.
