This renovated 700 m², three-level residence near Monteriggioni sits on a peaceful wooded hill among trees and vineyards, 10 km from Siena. Private gated grounds include tiered gardens, a 7 x 10 m pool open 15 April–25 October, an outdoor shower, terrace and barbecue. Enjoy a sauna, hammam, hot tub, central heating, air conditioning, washer and dryer. Linen changes, cleaning, a cook and breakfast or meal plans are available on request. A rough 1 km track and 10 steps lead to the house; parking is on site and a car is recommended. Baby equipment is included; youth groups require approval.
