The villa

Set on 28,000 m², this 250-year-old detached finca sleeps 12, just 5 km from Portocolom's harbour, sandy coves, shops and restaurants. A large pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower room and covered barbecue terrace invite relaxed outdoor living. Inside, an oak door opens to the entrance and dining area, linked to the lounge and rear garden with fruit trees. The kitchen is well equipped in a professional style. Two ground-floor twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; there is also a guest toilet. Upstairs are a twin master suite with a private terrace, an en-suite double and a large twin with a shower room and private external stairs to the garden. An outbuilding houses a double bedroom with a bathroom, satellite TV and direct pool-terrace access. Air conditioning runs at fixed, limited times. The owner breeds horses, with stables and 15–20 horses on the property. Wi-Fi and contactless check-in/out are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
