The villa
Jardin Mar stands on Portocolom’s rocky coastline, with magnificent Mediterranean views and a seafront garden. Its fenced pool features a dolphin mosaic and step access. Furnished, partly covered terraces and a barbecue invite relaxed evenings overlooking the sea. Bright interiors combine tasteful furnishings and decorative tiled floors. The spacious living and dining area has a fireplace, TV and three-piece suite, alongside a well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs are two cheerful, air-conditioned bedrooms and a stylish bathroom; upstairs are four more air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest WC. Portocolom offers a picturesque beach, waterfront bars and restaurants, and supermarkets. Cala Marcal beach is described as just 150 m away on foot, with sandy coves such as Cala Brafi and Es Caragol a short drive away. Air conditioning is available only between 8 pm and 8 am.
