The villa
Chalet des Cimes is a contemporary 120 m² Canadian-style lodge sleeping ten, tucked down a quiet lane seven to eight minutes' walk from central Chamonix. Nearby bus stops serve the valley's ski and summer lift areas. Silver birches frame views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, while the private enclosed south-facing garden also looks towards the Glacier des Bossons and Brévent. A double-height living room opens through large patio doors onto the lawn and sunny terrace, with an eight-person hot tub and outdoor sofas and armchairs. A rotating suspended fireplace serves both the lounge and dining area. The kitchen and breakfast bar offer modern conveniences. Sleeping arrangements include two king rooms, two king or twin rooms and a queen-size sofa bed in the TV room. The interior description lists four bathrooms and a separate WC, while the recap lists three bathrooms. Wi-Fi, a TV, Smart TV and DVD player are provided.
