The villa
Newly renovated Chalet de l'Ours offers 126 m² of space for up to ten guests on a quiet lane, a ten-minute walk from Chamonix's shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby bus stops provide access across the valley. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining space and lounge with a feature fireplace, opening onto a sunny 58 m² terrace facing Mont Blanc. A large garden and barbecue make it ideal for family stays. Five bedrooms comprise one king, one king or twin and three twin rooms, served by three bathrooms and two additional WCs. Underfloor heating runs throughout. A mezzanine TV and games snug has a PlayStation, while the main TV offers some English channels. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer and ski storage. Pets are not allowed.
