The villa

Set among trees in Punta Cetarola, this south-facing villa and annexe occupy a secluded hillside 9 km from Sperlonga and the beach. Private fenced, tiered gardens cover 1,500 m², with a 4 x 8 m seawater pool open 15 May–30 September, outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge and hob, gazebo, barbecue and children's play area. Table tennis and table football are available. Access is via a 2 km mountain road and steps; covered parking holds seven cars. A car is recommended; youth groups are not accepted. Shops are 7 km away, Fondi–Sperlonga station 25 km and Formia ferries 21 km. Visit Tiberius' Grotto and Gaeta, both 9 km away, Terracina or San Felice Circeo. The comfortable 230 m² interior features bedrooms with private shower rooms, air conditioning and fans, several opening to the garden or terrace. A spacious living/dining room with fireplace and satellite TV opens to the pool. The open kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, five burners, microwave and freezer. External stairs connect levels; there is also a balcony, heating and a large 30 m² terrace.
