The villa

Surrounded by fields, Michelangioli is a welcoming 800 m² villa on three floors, 9 km from Castiglion Fiorentino and 27 km from the lake. Its private enclosed 1,500 m² grounds include a fenced 12 x 6 m pool with steps, open May–September, an outdoor shower, garden furniture and barbecue. Facilities include a sauna, hot tub, lift, washing machine and parking, reached via 120 m of unpaved road. Stylish interiors offer a large living room opening onto the garden and veranda, a spacious dining room and several TV lounges. The large kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, six burners, microwave, freezer, coffee maker and pizza oven. Nine double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom; there is an additional bathroom. Enjoy lovely valley views, Wi-Fi, a safe and hairdryer, plus electric heating and air conditioning. Shops are 6 km away and a restaurant 3 km away. Explore Cortona, Lucignano, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno, or visit Rapolano Terme's thermal baths. A car is recommended. Non-smoking accommodation; youth groups are not accepted.
