The villa

This avant-garde detached house stands in a quiet seafront residential area of Son Serra de Marina, one of northern Mallorca's peaceful, family-friendly marinas. Built in 2004 on a 350 m² plot, its three floors feature refined finishes and a calm, Zen-inspired atmosphere. Four double bedrooms accommodate eight guests. Six bathrooms are listed, including four showers, a bathtub and a separate toilet. The house has Wi-Fi, partial air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. A private washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and high chair are provided. Outdoors, enjoy an enclosed private garden, exclusive-use pool, terrace, veranda, barbecue, outdoor shower and fish-cleaning point. The sea and sandy beach are 100 metres away, and the airport is 40 km away. Pets are not allowed.
