The villa

Casa Yaenos is a detached four-bedroom villa on a 4,000 m² plot near Santa Bárbara de Nexe and Loulé, around 15–20 minutes from beaches and Faro Airport. Built in 2000, it offers a peaceful setting close to amenities. The irrigated private garden has a 12 × 6 m pool, covered terraces, seating areas, a barbecue, table tennis and darts. A double garage and outdoor parking accommodate several cars, with space for a boat or caravan. A bright entrance hall leads to a spacious living room, separate dining room and modern fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a separate laundry room. Underfloor heating serves the living room and kitchen. There are three bathrooms and an additional WC; two bedrooms are en suite. The upstairs master bedroom opens onto a large southwest-facing terrace with panoramic countryside and sea views.
