The villa
Casa Quadra Dique is a detached hilltop villa at the end of a private road, with no nearby neighbours and sweeping mountain views towards Loulé and São Brás de Alportel. Renovated in 2024, it has terraces on two levels, a heated pool with a new cover, and a barbecue patio with a dining table for 14. The gated grounds feature illuminated palms. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private terrace. The ground floor offers a bathroom, open-plan kitchen and dining room, laundry room and living room opening onto terraces. The lower ground floor has two pool-facing bedrooms, a bathroom, fitness equipment, table tennis and darts. Guests have access to all areas. Beaches and Loulé are 15 minutes away, Faro Airport and Quarteira's water park 20 minutes, Tavira and several golf courses 25 minutes, and Fuseta 30 minutes. São Brás de Alportel's supermarkets are five minutes away. One small pet is welcome; dogs must measure no more than 30 cm.
