The villa

Built in 2007 on 35,000 m² of grounds, this detached country house enjoys views of the sea, Puig de Sant Salvador and distant mountains. Sandy beaches are a 15-minute walk away, and Cala d'Or is five minutes by car. A private drive leads to the house. The 10 x 5 m infinity pool with Jacuzzi has a sunny terrace, cushioned loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a lawn with a children's play area, a barbecue building with sink and guest toilet, a covered poolside terrace and a courtyard with seating and a palm tree. Inside, the living/dining room has sofas, a fireplace, plasma TV, Wi-Fi and terrace access. The kitchen has modern appliances. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a toilet and laundry room complete the ground floor. Upstairs are three twin bedrooms, one en suite with terrace access and another with a balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning on a fixed, limited schedule; central heating is available from November to March. No pets.
