The villa

Set on 18,000 m² in the hills of Binifarda, this detached country house is surrounded by pines and wild olive trees. Felanitx, with shops, restaurants and a lively Sunday market, is about 4 km away. Cala d'Or is around 16 km away; Vall D'Or Golf and Porto Colom are each a 15-minute drive. The bright, spacious interiors feature high beamed ceilings and rustic furnishings. The main house has an open-plan kitchen with an island, dining area and comfortable lounge, with a fireplace between the living and dining spaces. Beside the kitchen is a utility room. A ground-floor single bedroom has outdoor access and a separate shower room. A narrow wooden staircase leads to an upstairs double bedroom with an en-suite corner bathtub and independent outdoor access. Three further bedrooms near the pool have separate entrances on a lower level: one double with en-suite shower room and two twins with en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom and three separate bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. A private pool and internet access are provided.
