The villa
This detached farmhouse, built in 2005 on a 500 m² plot, offers exclusive use and a private garden with a parasol, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Surrounded by greenery in the peaceful Candigliano valley near Piobbico, it lies in Marche, close to the borders of Umbria and Tuscany. The Adriatic coast is around 40 minutes away by car. A 15 x 7 m pool, 1.45 m deep, and a hot tub are shared with two other farmhouses, enjoying sunset views over the Apennines. Communal lawns and paths lead towards the hilltop, while free private outdoor parking is available on site. Piobbico, 6 km away, offers everyday services; nearby historic towns include Urbino, Acqualagna, Sant'Angelo in Vado, Apecchio and Urbania. The farmhouse comprises three separate, non-connecting apartments across two floors: one three-room apartment and two two-room apartments. The ground-floor three-room apartment measures 80 m².
