The villa

Set on 5,000 m² in Montefeltro, Villa Paola is a country house with a private pool and garden. A furnished covered portico leads to a large living room with fireplace, a masonry kitchen, shower room, laundry and pantry. Upstairs are a second lounge with fireplace, a breakfast kitchen and a panoramic balcony. The five bedrooms comprise a double with en-suite bath, a triple with double and single beds and en-suite shower, another double, a twin and a room with a small double bed. A further shower room completes this floor. Outdoors, enjoy poolside sunbathing, a gazebo, barbecue and garden; a large garage provides shaded parking.
