The villa
Surrounded by trees and fields, this villa and separate annexe lie 6 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. Enclosed 6,500 m² grounds offer lawns, a 12 x 4 m pool open April 1–October 30, an outdoor shower, pergola, barbecue and parking for six cars. Pool heating requires advance booking. An infrared sauna and spa provide relaxation. The 300 m², two-storey villa has a large TV lounge, a dining room with a fireplace and garden access, and a spacious kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is downstairs; upstairs are a sitting room with a decorative fireplace, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and shower rooms. The annexe has a living room/kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. Units have no internal connection, and one double bedroom is outside the main accommodation. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, mosquito nets and a hairdryer are provided; heating is available November 1–April 15 only. Enjoy countryside and pool views, with Cortona 13 km and Arezzo 16 km away. Youth groups are not accepted.
