The villa

Indigo is a luxurious two-storey villa in a residential area, 5 km from Grimaud and 1.4 km from Les Prairies de la Mer beach. Its private, enclosed 1,330 m² lawned garden features a heated 10 x 5 m pool, open April–October with a safety cover, a pool house with fridge and a pétanque court. A grocery shop is 300 m away and a restaurant 800 m; a car is recommended. The 160 m² interior includes a large living/dining room with flat-screen TV and terrace access, plus a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and Nespresso machine; capsules are not included. Two downstairs double bedrooms have air conditioning and their own bathing facilities. Upstairs are a double bedroom opening onto a balcony, a bunk bedroom and a shower room. Enjoy a south-facing covered terrace, barbecue and eight loungers. Electric heating, air conditioning, a washer, dryer, high chair, cot and hairdryer are provided. Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime are 11 km away, and Pampelonne beaches 17 km.
