The villa
Villa Inka accommodates up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 12 adults and two children. Set in Porreres in southern Mallorca, this ochre-coloured retreat occupies 28,000 m² of largely unspoilt grounds. Mature trees, lush palms and broad lawns create a park-like setting with far-reaching views. A country road leads to the entrance and a gravel parking area with ten spaces. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and offers shade for gatherings and barbecues; the outdoor kitchen even includes a pizza oven. Steps from the villa, the azure pool enjoys panoramic views, with comfortable loungers and a quality outdoor daybed nearby. Inside, 600 m² of living space offers elegant surroundings. Large windows, some fitted with red shutters for shade and privacy, embellish the detailed façade. A harmonious palette of sandy and red tones continues indoors. Upstairs, five bright, air-conditioned bedrooms each feature a double bed and luxurious fabrics.
