The villa
Five minutes from the Ma-15, stone-built Can Marcos enjoys a private hillside setting with panoramic views across Es Plà to the Tramuntana. The rural approach is unsuitable for low sports cars. Palms and almond trees surround gravel parking for four cars and 500 m² of terraces with sunny and shaded seating. A 12-metre pool, stylish pool house, outdoor bathroom and covered outdoor kitchen make outdoor living effortless. A heated outdoor hot tub for five is available on request. The villa welcomes non-smoking couples or families only. Six glazed doors brighten the airy ground-floor living and dining area and two equally equipped guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a large metal bed, balcony and granite bathroom with shower, bath and twin basins. Insulated white walls, solid timber beams from Barcelona, handmade terracotta tiles and underfloor heating create a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a high-quality integrated kitchen.
