The villa
This modern seafront villa sits on the outskirts of Portocolom in southeastern Mallorca. Sunny terraces and balconies offer beautiful sea and harbour views. The pool is integrated into the house's design and has fencing for added child protection and privacy. A sun terrace and adjoining lawn provide loungers and two parasols. Beside the pool, a shaded terrace with a modern dining table makes the most of the panorama, from morning light to the harbour's twinkling evening lights. Around the corner, an inviting lounge area offers another place to relax. Predominantly white surroundings contrast beautifully with the blue sea and sky. The villa spans two floors and about 270 m², with plentiful windows and pale interiors creating a bright atmosphere. Facing the harbour, the living and dining room includes a comfortable sofa, television and elegant table seating six. A separate children's lounge has child-sized furniture and another sofa, making an ideal playroom and retreat for time with little ones.
