The villa
La Casa del Sol enjoys a beautiful mountain setting in Mallorca's peaceful north, close to the sea. Terraces surround the blue-mosaic pool, accessed by steps, while lush Mediterranean planting provides natural shade. Covered verandas overlook the garden, and a table-tennis table adds entertainment. Choose between gas and charcoal Weber barbecues for outdoor meals. The timeless, comfortable interior has an open layout and two separate living areas, offering space to gather or retreat. A large dining table and fully equipped kitchen complete the ground-floor communal space. Two double bedrooms are on this level, one with an en-suite shower room, alongside another bathroom. The third bedroom, also with its own bathroom, is reached from one of the lounges. Reliable internet and a desk make the house suitable for remote working. The shore is nearby, and Colònia de San Pere, around 4 km away, offers a good choice of restaurants along its picturesque harbour promenade.
