Downstairs, three comfortable bedrooms accommodate six guests, each with its own bathroom and terrace access. A rocky bay is a ten-minute walk away, while Playa de Canyamel is 2 km away. Cala Rotja and the Coves d'Artà are nearby, along with shops and restaurants. Artà, with its charming cafés and colourful weekly market, is a short drive away.
