Lake Garda Villa with Large Pool and Garden

The villa

Set on a 3,000 m² estate four kilometres above Garda, this renovated villa offers 205 m² of living space and a private 15 x 4-metre pool. Electric gates enclose parking for four vehicles. Interiors feature air conditioning, bathroom underfloor heating, a lounge with an open fireplace and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with an island, two fridge-freezers, gas hob, oven and dishwasher. Three large bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; two also have enclosed outdoor shower areas. A fourth bedroom has an adult-sized bunk bed and private balcony. There is also a dining room and guest toilet. A 60 m² terrace overlooks the pool and countryside, with sunbathing areas and a large outdoor chessboard. Pool heating must be arranged separately at least ten days before arrival. The pool is covered and unavailable from November to April, with dates also dependent on weather. Guests are responsible for sorting and disposing of rubbish according to the local collection calendar. This is a non-smoking house; youth groups are not accepted.
