The villa

This holiday home enjoys lovely Lake Garda views from a peaceful setting between the mountains and the lake. Built in 2008 on a 600 m² plot, it sleeps ten in five bedrooms: two doubles and three twins. There are three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, Wi-Fi, heating and partial underfloor heating. A large lake-view terrace with barbecue, private garden and romantic attic balcony offer inviting outdoor spaces. The garage accommodates four cars. The owner lives on the property. The village centre is a five-minute walk away, Lake Garda is 15–20 minutes by car and Verona around 45 minutes. The location suits cycling, hiking, swimming and excursions to Monte Baldo, lakeside villages and nearby cities. A sports ground and pizzeria are 50 metres away; the nearby municipal pool is currently closed for works. The house is non-smoking, pets are not allowed and youth groups are not accepted.
