The villa

Surrounded by fields, Larroque Haute enjoys a secluded hilltop setting 1.5 km from Bourlens and 6 km from Tournon-d'Agenais, shops and restaurants. Its private 6,000 m² grounds include a garden, table tennis, parking for four cars and a 12 x 6 m pool, open April–October, with steps and a roller cover. This bright, comfortable 232 m² house has a dining/living room and a separate lounge with a wood-burning stove and cable TV, both opening onto the garden. Two downstairs double bedrooms have their own bath or shower room with WC. Upstairs are two sloping-ceiling bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, plus a shower room with WC. There is also a separate WC. The large open kitchen has an island, oven, dishwasher, five burners, microwave, freezer and Nespresso machine; capsules are not supplied. A covered 70 m² terrace offers a barbecue, furniture, nine loungers and countryside views. Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, a cot and high chair are provided. Non-smoking; one pet or dog welcome. Some sections are closed and unoccupied. Lac de Montcuq is 25 km away.
