The villa

Set in Toulon's residential Serinette district, this comfortable 145 m² villa sleeps nine, 3 km from the centre and 2.7 km from Le Mourillon sandy beach. The enclosed 640 m² grounds feature a landscaped garden, a fenced 6 x 4 m pool available year-round and parking for three cars. The spacious living/dining room has a TV and a decorative wood-burning stove, opening onto the garden. An open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Upstairs are five bedrooms: two twin rooms, two double rooms and one single, with balcony access from three rooms. There are two bathrooms and a separate WC. Electric heating, terrace and balcony furniture, a barbecue, four loungers, a washing machine, dryer, cot for children up to three and free Wi-Fi are provided. A bakery and bus stop are 250 m away. Explore Cap Brun, Hyères, Porquerolles and the Giens Peninsula. Non-smoking; youth groups are not accepted. The neighbourhood is very noise-sensitive, so quiet and considerate behaviour are required.
