The villa
Set on Cap Vermell hill above the bay, Torre de Heretat combines modern comfort with spectacular views. Terraces offer sun and shade, with a pool and loungers for relaxing and steps down towards the beach. The bright, spacious living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and opens directly onto the pool and barbecue terrace. A guest bathroom is on this level. An external spiral staircase leads to a sea-view bedroom with a private bathroom; the next floor has three double bedrooms, one en suite and two sharing a bathroom, all generously furnished with wooden furniture. The beach is approximately 500 metres away via steps, or a few kilometres by car. A golf course is nearby, while Canyamel has a supermarket, bank and restaurants. Cala Ratjada, around 10 km away, offers more shopping, with the sheltered bays of Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla beyond. This privately managed property may not be covered by EU consumer law; the same customer service is offered as for professionally managed accommodation.
