The villa

This rural villa in Mouriès accommodates up to six adults and two children. Set among olive trees in the Alpilles, it has a living room with large windows and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs; an open sleeping area occupies the mezzanine, reached by stone stairs without handrails that may be unsuitable for young children. The two-hectare grounds offer garden furniture, loungers and a covered terrace with barbecue. The secured private pool measures 10 x 5 m, with a poolside shower and toilet. Servannes golf course is 500 m away on foot or 3 km by car via Mouriès; shops and restaurants are around 2 km away. A caretaker lives in a separate house behind the villa and maintains and oversees the pool. The house's electrical system cannot charge electric cars; a charging point is available on the boulevard in Mouriès. A cot and high chair are available on request.
