The villa

Dating to the 13th century, Llucamar once belonged to Count Ayamans, a descendant of James I, conqueror of Mallorca. Traditional architecture and thoughtful decoration create a welcoming blend of modern comfort and island character. Decorative paths, Mediterranean planting and varied terraces surround the house. The pool overlooks the eastern hills, with vivid green mosaic tiles, step access, six loungers and two parasols. A terrace shaded with natural materials offers a small lounge and dining table, ideal for drinks, fresh meals and warm-evening barbecues. Movable seating lets you discover different corners of the grounds. Inside, light colours and elegant furnishings complement original stonework, timber and traditional exposed beams preserved through renovations. The dining room is accessible from outside, with a spacious adjoining kitchen equipped for everyday use, including a kettle.
