The villa
Los Arcos commands spectacular views across the rolling countryside of southeastern Mallorca. Its pale sandstone and distinctive arcaded upper floor blend stylishly with the rural setting. A turquoise, 20-metre pool lies before the large, partly covered terrace, with shallow entry steps and ample room for swimming lengths. High-quality outdoor furniture makes the panoramic terrace a welcoming place to unwind, while manicured lawns offer space for sunbathing and play. Further terraces and balconies surround the property, revealing remarkable 360-degree countryside views. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and large windows fill the rooms with light and frame the garden and landscape. The ground floor features a vast living and dining room with elegant designer furniture, vivid red accents and a fireplace, plus a superb modern kitchen with a freestanding breakfast counter. Welcoming bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat after dinner or an evening by the fire.
