The villa

Behind an electric gate, Casa Amorena blends rustic natural stone with modern comfort. Lovingly furnished by its German owners, it sits among wooded hills, with palms, cypresses and views of the San Salvador mountains. The pool terrace offers quality rattan loungers and a Bali bed; a raised barbecue area has a Weber charcoal grill and ample seating. A gym opens from the garden. A spacious ground-level suite, accessed only from outside, has an open bathroom and direct pool access. The main ground floor includes an elegant living and dining room with fireplace and large flat-screen TV, an airy kitchen, a covered terrace and a double bedroom with private bathroom and balcony. More bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, with access to a large balcony; note that there is no balustrade. Peacefully secluded, the terraced property is 3 km from Felanitx, with shops, a weekly market, cafés and restaurants nearby by car. Southeast-coast beaches are around 15 km away.
