The villa
Luxury Finca Es Recó stands on 17,000 m² of grounds in southeast Mallorca, near Portocolom. Its minimalist design includes sunny terraces and balconies, some with magnificent sea views. The centrepiece is a sheltered, secluded 12-metre pool lined with vivid blue mosaics and accessed by steps. A wooden sun deck has ten loungers and a large parasol, while natural-stone walls and Mediterranean planting lend the gardens an exclusive feel. The extensive grounds offer privacy and tranquillity, with covered and open terraces and balconies providing comfortable seating and quiet corners. Beside the house, a wooden terrace is a wonderful setting for group meals overlooking the pool terrace and garden. A gas barbecue makes it easy to prepare fresh local dishes. Arranged over two floors, the house offers 350 m² of living space; its open layout and numerous windows create an impressive sense of light and spaciousness.
