The villa
Rosemary, thyme, palms, cypresses and an olive tree welcome you to Mallorca Design Villa. Built into a hillside around 500 metres from a picturesque bay, it features an infinity pool with uplifting sea views and turquoise mosaic tiles. Enjoy a leisurely swim, anticipate a barbecue meal or bask on loungers above the pool. On the seaward side, 12-metre columns give the villa the presence of a contemporary castle. An ingenious lighting design and building-height horizontal slats admit sunlight from east and west, highlighting the grey, black and white interior. Huge sliding panoramic windows connect the elegant living room, dining area and kitchen visually with the outdoors. The white kitchen features hammered black granite worktops and a counter made from stone from Zaire, espresso and coffee machines, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. Design classics and striking decorative pieces, some in beechwood, complete the sophisticated setting.
