The villa
Overlooking Cala Mendía's turquoise bay on Mallorca's east coast, this villa enjoys a southeast-facing outdoor area with beautiful sunrises. The main floor offers a bright living/dining room opening onto the veranda, a separate equipped kitchen, a TV room with a fireplace and an office with a double sofa bed. Two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet are also on this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. A carport is available, with further parking on the broad, quiet street. The beach is a short walk away, Cala Anguila is five minutes away on foot, and a supermarket is within walking distance. For larger shopping trips, Porto Cristo is 5 km away and Manacor is a 15-minute drive.
