The villa
El Tulipan Blanco occupies an enclosed garden in a well-kept residential area on Mallorca's Victòria peninsula. A spacious sun terrace surrounds a shallow pool, while the garden offers room for football and a basketball hoop. A welcoming outdoor area has built-in and portable barbecues. Bright, generous interiors retain their intimate 1970s charm. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and modern seating; two steps lead to a dining room and a large, fully equipped kitchen with another eating area. An additional room suitable for dining opens onto the terrace. Three spacious double bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and blackout shutters; one has an en-suite bathroom. A separate shower room and laundry room are on the ground floor. Two child-friendly beaches are 3–5 minutes away by car or around 15 minutes on foot. Medieval Alcúdia is 4 km away, and the long sandy beach of Alcúdia Bay is a 10-minute drive away. This privately managed property may not be covered by EU consumer law.
