The villa

Marina is a welcoming 230 m² holiday home for eight in a residential area, 1.8 km from central Albufeira and 1.4 km from Praia do Peneco. Its private 4 x 8 m pool is available year-round, with terraces, a barbecue and ten loungers. The living room has flat-screen cable TV and terrace access. Two double bedrooms are on the main level, while two twin bedrooms occupy the lower level; all have terrace access, air conditioning and warm-air heating, as does the living room. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four-burner gas hob, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There are four bathrooms and a separate WC. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, drying rack and nearby parking are provided. Groceries and a bus stop are 800 m away, and a restaurant is 700 m away. The marina is 4 km away, with surfing, tennis and golf nearby. Suitable for families; a car is recommended. The owner does not accept youth groups.
