The villa
This modern detached villa stands 2.9 km from central Albufeira and 3.1 km from the sea and Praia dos Alemães. Its private 5 x 10 m pool, 90–180 cm deep, is available year-round, alongside a hot tub, table tennis, garden furniture and barbecue. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine are provided. The comfortable 400 m² interior includes a living room with cable TV and warm-air heating, opening onto the terrace and pool, an open dining area and a kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee makers; Dolce Gusto capsules are not included. Downstairs are two twin bedrooms with private bathrooms, TVs, air conditioning and heating, plus a double bedroom, bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs, three described double bedrooms each have a shower/WC, TV, air conditioning and heating. A supermarket, café, bakery and bus stop are 650 m away. A car is recommended. Families are welcome; groups under 25 must provide an additional deposit per person. Nearby attractions include Albufeira's old town, Zoomarine and Aqualand.
