The villa

Marti lies on a heritage-listed estate 3 km north of Manacor, with beautiful views across the countryside to distant hills. Carefully maintained lawns, terraces and Mediterranean shrubs create a peaceful setting, while little walls, paths and secluded corners invite exploration. The impressive mosaic-tiled pool has easy access and a sunny terrace, with garden trees providing natural shade. A large terrace is ideal for outdoor meals and barbecues using fresh produce from Manacor’s market. Inside, exposed beams and tasteful furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious living and dining area includes a comfortable sofa and fireplace for cooler evenings. A fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy. Bright, airy bedrooms offer one 1.50 x 2 m bed and two 1.80 x 2 m beds, complemented by modern, well-appointed bathrooms.
