The villa

Lejania is an elegant, recently built villa set on an 11,000 m² estate just 1 km from Manacor. Welcoming guests since 2013, this secluded retreat overlooks the Plà de Mallorca towards Puig Major. Its natural, sustainable design blends into the peaceful surroundings. Large wooden windows fill the ground floor with light. Open-plan shared spaces include a comfortable lounge with two sofas, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a rustic dining area seating six. Blue shutters help regulate temperatures on warmer days. Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own bathroom, while two further twin bedrooms share a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. Natural materials, high ceilings and smooth plaster walls create an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy diving at Portocolom, golf at Pula or the sandy beaches of Calas de Mallorca, all within easy reach.
