Mas Bagna

The villa

On the ground floor of the 350 m² Mas is a large living room with living area, fireplace & TV, dining area, and an independent fully fitted kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.  On this floor there is a bedroom with shower room and two WCs. On the upper floor are four double bedrooms and an independent bathroom and a separate WC. Outside, an enclosed garden of 1 hectare with a magnificent oak tree welcomes you for a shaded al fresco meal with a view of the garden.  A generously sized swimming pool surrounded deckchairs and a hanging chair await you to ensure relaxation and a summer tan. A large parasol will protect those who wish, from the ardent rays of the summer sun. There is a tennis court and a petanque /boule pitch for the more energetic guests.  There is also private car parking. This region has plenty to offer, apart from the charming picturesque village of Eygalières, 2 kilometres from the Mas, with its shops and cafes and restaurants.  One can venture a little further to the lively village of St Rémy de Provence.  Just 8 kilometers away, it is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants. On its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colorful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts. The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages, countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, and olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence, considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France. Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 30 to 45 minutes drive to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses. High in color, rich of an eventful past, true kaleidoscope, Provence reserves you many surprises! Savour the typical Provençaux colorful markets.  For sports enthusiasts and activities, nothing is missing: Horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, canoeing, kayak etc.
