Mas Cadenieres

The villa

The Mas Cadenieres is surrounded by three hectares of land consisting of olive and apricot fields and a large lawn facing the house The Mas, recently renovated keeping to the Provencal style, is spread over 260 square meters. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, each with their own shower, basin and WC. There is also a large open plan (90 square meters) living room, dining area, and a fully equipped American style kitchen. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a guest WC complete this floor. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms suites of 40 square meters, each with their own bathrooms including bath, shower, WC and large wardrobes. Outside, the Mas is set in absolute calm with unobstructed view of the Alpilles and surrounded with a large lawn and a 10 x 5 meter saltwater pool. There is a large terrace in front of the Mas with pergola with dining facilities and a barbecue overlooking the olive trees and apricot trees and a boule pitch shaded by the trees. There is also table tennis. St Remy-de-Provence just over two kilometers is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colorful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see. The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
