The villa

Perfect for a large family or group of friends, this traditional Mas is filled with charm alongside elegant furnishings and contemporary style. Warm colors and gentle tones create a warm ambiance. The main Mas consist or 320​​ m2 of living space, the living room is large split-level spacious yet cozy, with fireplace, TV and French doors to garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with a professional gas cooking range. Beyond the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are five splendid bedrooms/ bathrooms in the main Mas and Annex accommodating up to 10 guests. The mas sits on 1.2 hectares of land with a spacious garden with full of mature trees and shrubs including large spacious lawns. The large 15 x 5 swimming pool is set next to the amazing pool house with a magnificent living area and a fully equipped summer kitchen, creating the perfect spot for entertaining. The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves and formidable area of vineyards. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit Situated just south of Avignon, you are perfectly positioned between the idyllic villages of Les Alpilles National Park to the south and the lovely city of Avignon to the north. The local villages of Graveson , Chateaurenard and Eyragues are only between 4 to 5 kilometres from the Mas.  There are with pretty cafes and restaurants, a boulangerie and grocery shop. To the south is the lively village of St Rémy de Provence just 12 kilometres away.  It is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries , little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants.  On its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colorful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must see. Further south Les Baux de Provence is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France. Arles, Nîmes , Pont du Gard and Uzès and other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at less than 45 minutes to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses Avignon to the north with its UNESCO world heritage site, with it’s magnificent Palais du Papes , which is one of the architectural wonders of France is just 16 kilometres away and would make an ideal day trip. Just north of Avignon is the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region for wine lovers as well.
