The villa

There are also a home office with fax and printer and a playroom/home cinema room with a large flat screen satellite television Three bedroom suites are located in the main villa and just next door to the main house is a guesthouse fully air-conditioned and all on one level, with two further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom & shower room both with French window to the terrace. The large garden with lawns and 40 olive trees with sublime views to the Alpilless hills. The 15 x 5m pool with electric cover is 50 meters from the house, a pool with a small pool house with a summer kitchen and there are several terraces where everyone can find their own space for relaxation. The property has retained it’s Provençal charm while keeping it’s modernity in style. Its real asset is it’s location, you are within five minutes from the picturesque village Eygalières with its weekly market and numerous restaurants and local cafes and bars. This house is perfect for one or two families. The subtle blend of Provencal charm and modern comfort the living room of the house is very comfortable and full of light. All openings face south and to the garden. This region has plenty to offer, apart from the charming picturesque village of Eygalières five minutes drive with its shops and cafes and restaurants, one can venture a little further such as the lively village of St Rémy just 10 kilometers is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, it’s winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colorful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see. A little further north of St Rémy is the magnificent walled city of Avignon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which boasts the gothic “Palace of the Popes”, a wonder not to be missed. Awe-inspiring Roman buildings and ruins are scattered everywhere in this Ancient Roman Province, the impressive triple-tiered aqueduct of the Pont du Gard and the massive arena in Arles are certainly worth a visit. Further southwest, under an hour’s drive, is the Camargue National Park, a fascinating wetland known for its pink flamingos, fighting bulls and wild horses, and which offers opportunities
