The villa
Mas Santet is a comfortable detached house in Mas Pera, a quiet, sunny residential area 1 km from central Calonge and 4 km from the beach. Its large private garden has a lawn and a 4 x 8 m pool, 1.3–1.8 m deep, open 1 May–30 October. Steps lead to the house; there is no lift. The bright 217 m² interior spans two floors, with a living/dining room featuring satellite TV and garden/pool access, an equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, and a shower/WC. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower/WC, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bidet/WC. The well-insulated house stays cool, with a veranda and areas shaded by greenery. Outdoor furniture and loungers overlook the pool and garden. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided. Shops, a supermarket, bakery and restaurants are 1 km away; golf is 6 km away and sailing and surfing schools are 4 km away. A shooting range is nearby. Non-smoking property; youth groups are not accepted.
