Miralago

The villa

Miralago is a luxurious three-storey villa in Loggio, Valsolda, 1 km from San Mamete and 12 km from Lugano. Its elevated residential setting is 300 m from the lake and beach, across a road. Private fenced grounds of 3,000 m² include tiered lawns, trees, a terrace, outdoor shower and an 8 x 3 m saltwater pool, 1.4 m deep, open April 1–October 30. Facilities include table tennis, a games room, washing machine and drying rack. Heating is available only October 15–April 30. A steep path with 20 steps leads to the house; parking for three cars and a private garage are 50 m away. A car is recommended, and there is no lift. Renovated in 2023, the 600 m² villa has 12 rooms, including a large living/dining room with picture window, flat-screen TV and terrace access. Bedrooms include doubles with terrace access, a twin and a children's bunk room. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster and kettle.
