At the edge of the woods in Olmo Gentile, this country retreat welcomes up to 14 guests. Built in 2006 and fully renovated in 2023, it offers four suites with separate entrances. Roccavarano is a 70 m² apartment with one bedroom, a living room with full kitchen and two bathrooms. San Gorgio Scampi and Perlleto each offer 50 m², one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and one bathroom; San Gorgio Scampi also has a balcony. Olmo Gentile is a 25 m² double room with its own bathroom. Enjoy a shared outdoor pool, garden, billiard table, fireplace and fully equipped gym. A communal covered veranda is ideal for meals, while the open terrace has a pizza oven available on request. Wi-Fi, heating and underfloor heating throughout, plus five private outdoor parking spaces, add convenience. Local experiences include wineries, Robiola cheesemaking and truffle hunting. The property is non-smoking; pets and youth groups are not allowed.
