The villa
Mondrago stands in 14,500 m² of palm-lined grounds enclosed by natural stone walls, offering privacy and room to relax. The surrounding nature park is home to rabbits, rare birds, varied plants and ancient trees. Swim in the 10-metre chlorine-free pool or sunbathe on its Santanyí-stone terrace. Three spacious covered terraces provide a breakfast seating area, south-facing dining and sunshine, and a west-facing spot for evening drinks. A built-in barbecue sits nearby. An 8 x 12-metre artificial-turf area suits football, play or yoga, alongside a basketball hoop, pétanque court and table tennis. Inside, wood, cream and white tones blend with local furnishings and tableware. Two air-conditioned double bedrooms, completely refurbished in 2023, are served by shower rooms, one en suite. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen adjoins the air-conditioned open-plan living and dining room with welcoming modern seating. The bathrooms are bright and tastefully fitted, and the finca is suitable for remote working.
