The villa
Carefully restored, the 18th-century Na Mayans farmhouse stands in 50,000 m² of grounds in eastern Mallorca. A secluded garden of palms and bougainvillea shelters private terraces, while the elevated pool area overlooks the gentle Serra de Levant hills. Enjoy barbecues, sunny or shaded retreats, table tennis and a children's games box. Inside, original stone walls, timber beams and sandstone arches blend with bright, welcoming décor. A stone arch leads from the entrance hall to a cosy lounge with fireplace. Beside the hall are a dining room and well-equipped open kitchen; an adjoining vaulted room provides another distinctive dining setting. Upstairs are four comfortable double bedrooms, one opening onto a small private terrace overlooking the greenery. Set between Artà and Capdepera, the farmhouse is around ten minutes' drive from shops in either town. Cala Ratjada's sandy beach is 7 km away and Capdepera golf course 2.4 km. The area is ideal for walking and cycling. Privately managed accommodation; EU consumer protection law may not apply.
