The villa
Na Peixet is a picturesque country house in peaceful Mediterranean grounds, built in traditional Mallorcan style with natural stone, clay brick and oak. River-pebble terraces and garden paths add character. Views take in Artà castle and Castillo de Capdepera, with two first-floor roof terraces offering superb outlooks. A slightly raised pool is surrounded by lawn and a lounge terrace, with an outdoor shower and a stylish shaded veranda nearby. Between the pool and house, a sheltered barbecue area invites leisurely meals; modern heaters and windproof glazing keep it comfortable in cooler weather. Children have a small play area, while table tennis and a wall-mounted basketball hoop provide more entertainment. The house's covered terrace is sheltered from the wind, ideal for late evenings overlooking the landscape and Artà castle, illuminated at weekends. The grounds have fencing approximately one metre high and a closable gate, with parking directly outside the house. Accommodation is divided between the main house and an attractive studio.
